Finally,I get back the inspiration to write about my journey in India.As promised in the last serie,this time I will write about Kashmir.Nowadays while talking about Kashmir,people tend to think it as an unsafe place because of the political situation between India and Pakistan,and how some people in Kashmir fight to release Kashmir from India.

Actually,I’m having this worries too,that’s why my first step in planning my trip is to find a contact there just in case something happen so that I can get instant update.Fortunately I managed to make contact with Ajaz,a houseboat owner who’s also our host while we’re there.I also subscribed to Google news for the Kashmir update.Fortunately again when the time comes for us to go there,the situation is calm and there’s no major event that can disrupt the harmony happen.

After a very long consideration,I’v decided to use Linux as my lappy operation system(OS).I’m already tired of getting crashed over and over using tweaked Windows XP and have to go through hundreds of forum to fix it back.I choose Ubuntu as my new OS because my research shows that it is most well supported and have quite a high number of users.My installation went through well and this OS exceeded my expectation for a free open-source software.It took me around 3 days to make a few renovation here and there to satisfy my needs(which costs me my Pharmac class test,huhu).
